Wisconsin Governor Veto's Transgender Ban In Female Sports

Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers vetoed a bill Tuesday that was passed by the Republican-controlled Legislature to ban transgender athletes from competing in high school sports on teams that align with their gender identity.

Evers said he would veto any bill that “makes Wisconsin a less safe, less inclusive, and less welcoming place for LGBTQ people and kids”. Tony Evers married his high school sweetheart and had 3 children, including one daughter. One would make you think this would teach an individual that there is a stark difference in physicality between the TWO genders. We are hearing more and more stories of biological females having their achievements ripped away by confused boys, and even sometimes getting harmed.

If Governor Evers doesn’t think it is dangerous for biological males to compete in contact sports with females, he has clearly never heard of Peyton Mcnabb. Payton McNabb, a senior at Hiwassee Dam High School in North Carolina, received a concussion and neck injury during a game in September 2022 when a trans athlete rocketed the volleyball into her face.

Sports in high school are an avenue for kids to have fun and possibly earn more opportunities. Not a place for mentally ill young men to take out their frustrations of the world out on females. We need to protect the sanctity of women's sports and start labeling this transgender crisis what it is, a mental health crisis.
