The United States is experiencing an epidemic, not a viral one, but rather one that repeatedly leads to the violent demise of innocent American citizens.
48-year-old Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, an illegal immigrant who has been previously deported 7 times, is now being charged with aggravated murder in Butler County, Ohio.
Unfortunately for Gutierrez, aggravated murder which he is charged with, qualifies him for the death penalty - the Daily Caller reports.
The county sheriff blasted Joe Biden for his hand in the crisis. He claims that 999 illegals have been housed in the county’s jail, costing them a whopping $1.8 million.
Ironically, this migrant wasn’t even arrested for the murder. He was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, having a weapon while intoxicated, and obstruction. It was later discovered that he was also connected to a murder, of which details are scarce.
The body was discovered on Monday, and the person remains unidentified. Police report that Garcia-Gutierrez is believed to have committed the homicide two days before being arrested on March 16th.
“It just so happens we ran into him and had an encounter with him,” Hamilton Police Chief Craig Bucheit said. “Unbeknownst to us, he had committed this murder.”
It seems that every week there’s another story, “illegal immigrant previously deported (x) times arrested for murder” or sometimes, a brutal assault. It matters not, the issue has become pervasive, absent adequate response from the federal government which is normally tasked with protecting us from such threats.
