Netflix has released their new series “Zero Day” which strikes an odd resemblance to reality… or an alternate reality. The series started production in November 2022, and was greenlit in March of 2023, 16 months before Joe Biden dropped out of the U.S. Presidential race.
Robert De Niro stars in the show as a former President appearing to suffer from dementia. De Niro’s character “inexplicably” dropped out of the race for his second term, and did not seek office again. As a result a black woman, who could easily be classified as a Kamala Harris doppelganger took the Oval Office.
In the series, a major cyber attack results in 3,000+ people dying. De Niro’s character is appointed by the President to a commission investigating the attack. As it would turn out, behind the attack is a tech billionaire who owns a social media platform. One of her co-conspirators is the conservative speaker of the house, who looks almost identical to former Republican Speaker, Kevin McCarthy.
Throughout the series, the former President (Robert De Niro) who looks very similar to former President Joe Biden, has several confused episodes where he breaks down during speeches, fails to answer questions, becomes confused about the people around him or his belongings, and forgets people in his life.
Oddly enough, similar to Joe Biden, the former President in the show lost his son, and has a daughter. Joe Biden lost his son Beau to brain cancer. In the show, the dementia-ridden former President lost his son to a drug overdose. De Niro’s character also has a staffer who he treats as a son. That staffer is a burnout scumbag who sells American secrets to corrupt billionaires who do business in foreign countries - similar to Joe Biden’s son Hunter.
The only real dissonance from reality in the show is that the character who clearly represents Kamala Harris actually won her election and can string together more than four words without bursting out into a giggling fit.
Some X users have begun asking what exactly Netflix knew, and when considering it was greenlit 16 months prior to Joe Biden dropping out of the 2024 election and developed even further in advance.
